I joined Morgan’s virtual training program after following her workouts on Instagram. It’s only been three months, but I can already see and feel the physical changes. Morgan has been there every phase of my program. She has always made herself available and answers any questions or concerns I may have. If I needed a modification, she was quick in providing an alternative exercise. I highly recommend her training program, especially if you want the one-on-one training, but on your own time schedule.

I was always skeptical about online coaching, I’m the type of person that has always needed to be pushed to achieve any fitness goal. Sadly I was in a dark place when I came across Morgan, but I decided to take a chance and signed up and it has been amazing since day one! Morgan, takes into consideration your limitations and encourages you to push past them and she takes into consideration your mental state, too. Being one of Morgan’s clients has been life changing. I am now motivated, I enjoy sweating and lifting. I’ve started paying attention to my diet and my energy level has been through the roof and I have seen my hard work pay off.

Morgan has been my personal trainer now for about 2 years. I have sessions 3 times a week and Morgan is amazing. I am 70 years old but thanks to my sessions I feel and look a lot younger. Morgan pushes me hard but knows when to ease up. I also have scoliosis and the sessions with Morgan have helped improve my posture. I love our sessions and look forward to starting the day working out under Morgan’s guidance and watchful eye making sure I do not hurt myself. I highly recommend Morgan as a personal trainer for anyone of any age.
