I joined Morgan’s virtual training program after following her workouts on Instagram. It’s only been three months, but I can already see and feel the physical changes. This is a common myth. There is no such thing as “toning” a muscle. You either shrink or grow a muscle. When most people say they want to look “lean and toned” what they really mean is they want to have some muscle to show without looking too big and bulky. This look is achieved through building muscle while burning fat which is indeed possible with the right exercise program and nutrition plan.
