I joined Morgan’s virtual training program after following her workouts on Instagram. It’s only been three months, but I can already see and feel the physical changes. Morgan has been there every phase of my program. She has always made herself available and answers any questions or concerns I may have. If I needed a modification, she was quick in providing an alternative exercise. I highly recommend her training program, especially if you want the one-on-one training, but on your own time schedule.

I grew up a dancer so the pressure to be thin started at a young age. I had my fair share of comparing myself to others, overtraining while under-eating, and trying many different diets. After years of growth and reflection I learned to shift my perspective to a more self-love centered approach. I now eat to fuel my body rather than shrink it and train to honor my body to see all that it's capable of rather than punish it. The aesthetics that come along with that are simply a plus.
I got into fitness at the age of 15 once I stopped dancing. At first, my motivation was to lose weight, but it soon became so much more. It was through fitness that I learned I could achieve anything I set my mind to. The lessons I’ve learned in the gym have made me a better person and have given me the tools to deal with life’s hardships with strength and grit.
I'm now a public health advocate and TV personality for WPLG Local 10’s popular program, SoFlo Health, where I aim to inspire others to live a healthy, balanced lifestyle. My goal is to reach as many people as possible to make this world a better place by sharing the gift of health and fitness. This is a common myth. There is no such thing as “toning” a muscle. You either shrink or grow a muscle. When most people say they want to look “lean and toned” what they really mean is they want to have some muscle to show without looking too big and bulky. This look is achieved through building muscle while burning fat which is indeed possible with the right exercise program and nutrition plan.
You bet! When you sign up for your meal plan you will be able to list all of the foods that you DO NOT want to include. This can include foods you’re allergic to or just simply foods you dislike.
Oh yes! As you know, I’m all about balance. I don’t think living a healthy lifestyle should include depriving yourself of your favorite foods or missing out on social events. My app offers a dine out feature which will allow you to eat out while adhering to your nutrition plan. This way, you can enjoy your favorite foods while still crushing all of your goals!
